About Miranda
I have 25+ years of executive business leadership experience in B2B sales, operations and customer service. I have worked in large, international and highly successful organizations including Wayfair, Staples, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading global teams as large as 250 and supporting business orgs as large as 3000. As a coach, I act as a trusted advisor to my clients, working in a safe, confidential and personalized environment to focus on top priority areas. These typically include stakeholder management and communication, intentional career exploration, and setting and living one’s values at work (and in life!)
Services
Services include 4, 6, 8 session, as well as multi-month, packages, and are customized based on each client’s personalized needs and goals. Coaching packages include unlimited emails and messages between sessions, to share urgent challenges, accomplishments, and insights, as well as quick “spot” coaching when needed.
